During popular sales and promotions FINE-DAY may be unable to dispatch your order in full because one or more products are out of stock as we prepare to dispatch your order. If this occurs, you will receive an email notification about the out of stock product(s) and an automatic refund to your payment method(s) used.

FINE-DAY may experience delays of up to ten (10) business days in dispatching your order for delivery to you.

All FINE-DAY orders require a valid delivery address which complies with delivery service requirements. We use a real-time address validation service at checkout to assist you to enter and select a valid delivery address.

If you do not use the address validation service at checkout or manually override and enter an invalid delivery address, your order will be delayed until we can confirm a valid delivery address for your order.

All FINE-DAY orders are reviewed for fraud and suspicious activity.

If you are a first-time customer to FINE-DAY or your payment has been identified by our payment partners as a potentially suspicious order, you will receive an email notification. Customer service will then manually review your order. Your order will be delayed until we can confirm your identity and verify your order.

If you have not received your FINE-DAY order within 10 business days, please contact customer service, and we will request an investigation with the responsible delivery service

In very rare situations, your FINE-DAY order may have been damaged in-transit by the delivery service. Please contact customer service, and we will investigate the issue.

Parcel receivers who have registered with MyPost will get a digital collection notification if AusPost is unable to successfully deliver. If AusPost has attempted delivery but no one was home, MyPost registered receivers will get a digital notification by email, SMS or the AusPost app. AusPost will no longer leave a paper card (unless unable to match the parcel to your MyPost Account).

The first notification will let you know that AusPost tried to deliver and the reason why it couldn’t be completed. The second notification will be sent once your item is ready to be collected from either a post office or nearby collection point.

For a better delivery experience please ensure your email address and mobile number is accurate. This allows AusPost to match your parcel to your MyPost account.

This change will only involve parcel receivers with a MyPost account until further notice.
