Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchases from FINE-DAY, however if for any reason you’d like to return an item, you can shop with confidence knowing you can easily return or exchange your items within 30 days.


How to place a return

VIA AUSTRALIA POST

Easily return your parcel with Australia Post by ‘clicking here.’
Postage costs for the return option are non-refundable under this returns policy.

VIA POST

Fill and print out the ‘return by post’ form and include it with your return
Your return will be processed within 5 business days of receipt.
When your return is processed, we will send you an email to confirm that your refund has been processed.

If the Return by Post Form is incomplete or not included with your return, the return may be returned to sender. Please note, the cost of return postage is at your own expense and you will not be refunded for the cost of your return. We unfortunately cannot accept responsibility for items that are lost or damaged by your courier when being returned. We recommend keeping a copy of your tracking number in case you need to follow up.

VIA OUR STORES

Bring your item(s) and the store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase to one of our concept stores. Our store team members will happily offer one of the below options, so long as your return meets our policy requirements.

Instant Product Exchange
The product can be returned for an instant product exchange for a product of the same price or by paying the difference, a product of a higher price.

Refund
The product can be returned for a refund to the payment method originally used for purchase.

Returns/Gift Card
The product can be returned for a refund to a returns/gift card.

Our returns policy

You can return your purchase within 30 days for an exchange or refund ensuring you meet the policy outlined below:

  • Returned items must be in original condition, unworn and with the tags attached (and the items not an excluded product).
  • You supply the store receipt/tax invoice or online order confirmation email as proof of purchase.

Online Purchases
Full price and sale products can be returned via post for a refund or in-store for an exchange, credit note or refund.

In-Store Purchases
Full price products purchased in-store, are available for exchange, credit note or refund.
Sale and outlet products purchased in-store, are available for exchange only.
Returns cannot be offered on gift-cards, personalised items, facemasks, hosiery, underwear, swimwear and jewellery.

Refunds
If your item qualifies for a refund, once we have inspected & received your return, we will refund your original order amount less $10 for the return shipping label provided.
Please allow up to 5 business days once the refund has been issued for it to arrive in your account.
Orders placed via AfterPay may take an additional 3-4 business days to receive your refund and any future payments to be cancelled.
